2020/2/5. This workshop will take place on February 5th, 2020. Specialist lecturer Julija Knezevic, a leading trainer of medical interpreters in Japan, has been invited to run the workshop.

Ms Knezevic will focus on the theme of orthopedics namely “lumbar pain”, “shoulder discomfort” and “clavicle fracture.” Participants will have an opportunity to learn practical and everyday medical expressions through role-plays or discussions. This workshop will surely be an asset for anyone aiming to improve their interpreting skills. Those who are interested in the theme and the first-time participants interested in medical interpreting will also be very welcome.

A professionally qualified interpreter in Australia. Julija is a Japanese-English medical interpreter who is currently a lecturer for Osaka Medical Interpretation Academy, Suita Tokushukai Hospital, Juntendo University and Osaka University Medical Hospital.
